Thank you for your support

When we opened our doors for business 2 days ago, little did we realize that we’d receive such a warm reception. Within minutes JamiQ was all over Twitter and I (@benkoe) began trending as a fairly influential contributor to the #msm09 conference thanks mainly to the RT love from people supporting us.

We’ve also got amazing coverage from:

  1. Social Media Analysis
  2. Young Upstarts
  3. SG Entrepreneurs 1 | 2

Check out the love we got on Twitter too!

JamiQ is open for business!

open_sign

We’re finally out of Beta. JamiQ is now open to the public! Come on in and take a look at the new features we have to offer.

Here are some of the advantages that makes JamiQ the perfect social media monitoring solution:

  1. Amazingly huge coverage. We’ve designed a unique system that does not require us to collect a small subset of the social media. We can reach just about any conversation anywhere in the world in real-time.
  2. Multilingual content. Part of having an amazing coverage is that we don’t only get the English content. If you’re based in a multilingual market like Asia, you’ll definitely benefit the most from JamiQ’s monitoring.
  3. Market Segmentation. JamiQ helps you drill down to the market you’re concerned about. With our advanced algorithms, we can intelligently determine where a post is from giving you a focused view of your market.

Of course JamiQ also comes ready with the must-haves of social media monitoring including: real-time buzz trending, sentiment detection, and influence scoring.

3.4 tweets a minute on Windows 7

Windows 7 tweets today

I’ve been tracking Windows 7 on Twitter for quite a while now and today I decided to check back with results. Here’s a snapshot of what it looks like today. Yes just today broken down by the hour. It averages at 204.3 tweets an hour. That’s 3.4 tweets a minute!

Is there really so much to talk about Windows 7? Really? I’m quite amazed.

The Complete JamiQ User Guide

I really hate to flip (or click) through pages and pages of documentation trying to figure out that one small feature only to have that portion not updated or explained in an amazingly convoluted way? I have and I figured that this should not be the way for our customers. So we created a simple, visual, and functional User Guide our of slides.

One page, one feature. It couldn’t get any easier than this. Also, if you bookmark this blogpost or the slideshare, you’ll instantly be presented with the updated version every time you load it up so there’s no fear that you’ve got the “old copy”.

Here it is. Enjoy!

P.s. In the spirit of simplification, we’ve also simplified the entire Documentation Wiki.
